The Gut—Brain Axis: AMILI Probiotics

AMILI Probotics:
AMILI's probiotics are specifically tailored for people (of any race) who live in Asia and is backed by science. The probiotics support "digestive health, immunity, metabolism, and mental well-being." AMILI focuses specifically on the gut-brain axis as well.
There is increasing research that shows the connection between the gut and brain, basically that our gut affects our nervous system, and vice versa.
AMILI has created 4 specific strains of probiotics to help, as well as a general probiotic that people can take after a course of antibiotics (see image below).

AMILI Gut Health Test:
In addition to the probiotics above, the Gut Health Test is a microbiome screening test that provides clients who insights about their gut health needs. You submit a stool sample and will receive the report in about 2-3 weeks. The test also helps identify which strain (image above) may be most beneficial to you.
Personal Reflections:
Disclaimer: I have a confession that I am usually quite sceptical about any sort of wellness products (e.g., the controversy about AG1). However, I have read up a lot of scientific literature about the gut-brain axis, checked out multiple brands, compared different products, and actually tried AMILI for myself; which is why I have chosen to become a clinic that provides AMILI probiotics. You can't find AMILI probiotics at the usual convenience store because they specifically team up with (medical) clinics.
I have felt significantly more grounded since taking AMILI's probiotics
I think this is an incredible alternative for clients who do not want to take psychiatric medications
I learnt that the probiotics are in delayed capsules and not sachets because probiotics that are not released in the stomach will die before they get there
I want to highlight that it is for the "Asian gut" but this refers to people who live in Asia because where we live, the environment, and what we eat is what determines our gut health
You can choose to do the gut health test before taking the products, or you can just choose to take the probiotics. It is your choice
AMILI is actually primarily a gut microbiome company that had/has an extensive multi-ethnic gut microbiome database. Based on their research results, they found that there weren't the necessary products in the market, so they decided to create their own to help support people's digestive systems
